PSN delivers cyclical planned maintenance services to both Public and Private Sector Landlords and Property Managers.
Many of our residential housing projects are ongoing contracts that include pre-paint repairs and both internal and external painting and redecoration. Quite often we are required to work around current residents with minimal disruption and maximum sensitivity. All our staff are DBS checked and have been trained to the highest standard and have a wealth of experience within the social and residential housing sectors.

Each contract is delivered where possible by a dedicated local team. This team is focused on the needs of the client and is headed by our experienced Contracts Managers who liaise with appointed Tenant Liaison Officers.
We provide full transparency in our operations in both financial and performance sectors. Our in-house developed contract management systems ensure all our obligations including KPIs and H&S requirements are being met.
We are always looking to create resourceful forms of support for our clients and residents. Initiatives such as the voluntary work placements and the Social Value Community Placements are examples where creative and logical thinking has led to improved services with cost savings for our clients.
