This prestigious development was one of many stately ‘palazzo’ warehouses that arose after the proposed Town Hall was moved from Portland Street to Albert Square. Dating back to the late 1800s, this Grade II listed building has been described by CR Reilly as ‘essential Manchester’, with ‘simplicity, strength and sincerity’ evident throughout. The development comprises 38 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, including a number of large apartments which offer an entirely new level of luxury for tenants.
This was a contract that we attended mid construction to push the project along as the existing electrical contractor’s had fallen behind on the schedule.
We had 4 electricians and 1 mate to assist in the clients alterations to the design and implement the relevant changes. We also completed 2nd fix works and commissioning.
We worked on all apartments in this building to complete on time and within budget.
